Round 2, Question 3 - NPCR

The player must follow a specific procedure before taking relief under a Rule which requires a ball to be dropped relative to the nearest point of complete relief.

It is the point not nearer the hole and nearest to the ball's original location, where if the ball were so positioned, no interference (as defined) would exist.

While determining this point, the location of the ball's original position must be marked.
